The event has a confirmation policy and a limited number of guests;
After confirming and submitting the form, your information will be reviewed in accordance with the event policy and validated against the guest list;
Once your participation is confirmed, a confirmation email with the entry QR code will be sent;
If you do not receive the QR code, don’t worry—simply provide your name and a photo ID upon entry to the event;
Registration is personal and non-transferable; each person is responsible for their own participation;
As this is a corporate event, participation by individuals under 18 years old will not be permitted.
CONFIRMATION POLICY
Clients will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order in which registration forms are received;
Emails will be sent to all clients, whether confirmed, on the waiting list, or those we are unable to confirm due to space limitations or because they do not meet the confirmation policy.
